Steps to download Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY) beneficiary list online

To download Ayushman Card online from the NHA website,

Step 1: Go to the official website of NHA

1. First, go to the official website of PM-JAY NHA at pmjay.gov.in.
2. Next, click on the “Am I Eligible” option from the main menu.
3. A new page will open.

Step 2: Login to the portal

1. Next, enter your registered ‘Mobile Number’ in the specified field.
2. Next, click on the ‘Verify’ button.
3. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
4. Next, enter the ‘OTP’ in the specified field.
5. Next, enter the ‘Captcha’ in the specified field.
6. Next, click on the ‘Login’ button.

Step 3: Enter your details

1. Next, select the ‘State’ from the given options.
2. Next, select the ‘PMJAY’ option under ‘Scheme’.
3. Next, select the ‘District’ from the given options.
4. Next, select the ‘Location-Rural’ option under ‘Search By’.
5. Next, select the ‘Sub-District’ from the given options.
6. Next, select the ‘Village’ from the given options.
7. Next, click on the ‘Search’ symbol.
8. The entire list and information will be shown on the screen.

You can also take a printout of the list if you want.
