Step 1: Go to the official website of UIDAI

1. First, go to the official website of UIDAI at uidai.gov.in.
2. Next, go to the ‘My Aadhaar’ option in the top menu.
3. Next, click on the ‘Aadhaar Authentication History’ option.
4. A new page will open in front of you.

Step 2: Log in to the My Aadhar portal

1. Now, click on the “Login” button.
2. Next, enter your ‘Aadhar Number’ in the specified field.
3. Next, enter the ‘Captcha Code’ in the specified field.
4. Next, click on the ‘Login With OTP’ button.
5. The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. 
6. Next, enter the OTP in the specified field and click on the ‘Login’ button.

Step 3: Select report details

1. Next, click on the ‘Authentication History’ option.
2. Next, select ‘All’ under ‘Select Modality’ field. You can also choose the other options if you want.
3. Next, select the date range for which you want the Aadhaar authentication history report.
4. Next, click on the ‘Fetch Authentication History’ button.

Step 4: View Aadhar Authentication history report

1. Your Aadhar Authentication history report will be displayed on the screen.
2. Here you can check the Authentication type, date of authentication, where it is done along with other details of each Aadhaar authentication.
