To download your family ID,

Step 1: Go to the official website

1. First, go to the official portal of Parivar Pehchan Patra, ppp-office.haryana.gov.in.
2. Next, click on the ‘Login’ option.
3. Next, click on the ‘Citizen Login’ option from the given options.
4. A new page will open.

Step 2: Search your family details

1. A pop-up will appear.
2. Next, click on the ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ button based on weather you have your Family ID or not. 
3. Next, enter the Aadhaar number or Parivar Pehchan Patra number in the ‘Search’ field.
4. Next, click on the ‘Search’ button.
5. Another popup will appear.

Step 3: Verify OTP

1. Next, click on the ‘SEND OTP’ button. 
2. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
3. Next, click on the ‘OK’ button.
4. Next, enter the ‘Enter 4 digit OTP’ in the specified field.
5. Next, click on the ‘Verify OTP’ button. 
6. A new page will open showing the family details.

Step 4: Download the Family ID PDF

1. Next, scroll down and click on the ‘Print PPP Form Step’ button. 
2. The entire Pehchan Patra or Family ID will be shown on the screen. 
3. Next, click on the ‘Print’ button. 
4. Next, select ‘Save as PDF’ under the ‘Destination’ option.
5. Next, click on the ‘Save’ button.
